Will Dawkins, since taking over the Washington Wizards, has been incredible. The way he has been able to move on from contracts, getting young players and expiring deals, has been great. The Wizards have seven young players under the age of 21 looking to build a culture similar to Oklahoma.

Norman Powell to Miami and John Collins to LAC!
The trade for John Collins and Norman Powell looks like a good deal for both the Miami Heat and LA Clippers. The Miami Heat needed another scorer who can take over and the Clippers needed a forward. With opportunities opening up for both teams, they have filled in the holes in their rosters.

Lakers' Losers of the Off-Season?
Mark Walters has bought the Lakers, starting off a new era. The old management is still in charge. This leaves the Lakers uncertain about next season's competition. LeBron James and his people are making statements on his future. Luka Doncic is due for an extension. Austin Reaves and how much he looks to be paid. The Cleveland Cavaliers Are Retooling!
Cleveland let Ty Jerome walk and is looking for Sam Merrill to fill in his role as Sixth Man for the team. Adding Lonzo Ball as the replacement point guard off the bench and being a good facilitator. Larry Nance Jr. is coming back as a veteranand could be good energy for the team.

Charlotte Hornets: A Positive Direction?
The Charlotte Hornets pull off a great move, getting Collin Sexton and a 2030 second-round pick and adding to their much-needed depth with his shooting and playmaking. Collin could be a big help for a deep Hornets, but they need to fill in the center role.

Houston Rockets Finessed The Phoenix Suns!
The Houston Rockets made one hell of a trade by getting Kevin Durant. Only giving up Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, and the 10th pick, and Rockets were able to keep the young players and draft picks. The Suns look like they have no direction, and the Rockets look to keep up with the other Western Conference teams.

Memphis Grizzlies: A New Direction.
The Memphis Grizzlies are shaking things up. They traded Desmond Bane for four first-round picks. Players like Cam Johnson, Kevin Durant, and Trey Murphy III might be available for trade. Zach Kleiman might be using the assets he acquired as negotiation chips.
