Nikola Vucevic On The Move?
Nikola Vucevic has increased this value this season. He improved his field goal and three-point percentage. Now, he's one of the best-scoring bigs in the league. Teams like the Warriors, Lakers, and Suns want to trade for the former All-Star. It will be interesting to see what they get or if Nikola will find a new home.
One of this season's biggest surprises has been Nikola Vucevic and his sudden burst. On offense, where last season his field goal percentage was 48%. Now, he's made a seven percent improvement, averaging 55% this year. Along with having his best three-point shooting this year. Last season, He averaged 29 percent from three-point range. This season he is shooting 42 percent behind the arc which is a 13 percent improvement. The Chicago Bulls are stuck in the middle as they are too good to get a high draft pick and too bad to go to the finals. They are stuck in the middle and should try to look for a rebuild. With Nikola having a crazy season, we could very much see the Bulls make a move to get some assets out of the big man.
Nikola Vucevic is one of the most talented offensive big men in the league. He is great at scoring in the post, behind the 3, a good rebounder, and a great passer off the post. He is great at creating plays for other players and opens the floor up for players to drive in. Being a great pick-and-pop shooter makes him even more dangerous to guard. With how skilled of a player he is, it could lead teams into making moves for the veteran big man.
Many interesting trade rumors are going around about Nikola Vucevic. The Lakers want another scorer. They could add a big man to their frontcourt, alongside Anthony Davis. Vucevic could be the third or fourth option some nights, depending on who is hotter, he or Austin Reeves. Plus, his off-ball abilities would thrive under LeBron James. Along with him being a talented rebounder, which makes him even more exciting. His defense is the only negative. But players like Anthony Davis and Rui Hachimura could help hide his weakness. Another team that could find themselves making a move is the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors need a second scorer who can take over at times. Since the 2022 championship run, Andrew Wiggins has been inconsistent. Dennis Schröder has not found his footing on the team. Nikola Vucevic is someone who can take over the scoring and take pressure away from Steph Curry. He will be perfect playing next to his star point guard. It would be ideal for the organization to take a gamble on the veteran center. Another team looking to add the big man is the Phoenix Suns.
The Phoenix Suns are desperate to win a title. With Devin Booker in his prime and Kevin Durant aging, the Suns must win. Bradley Beal's costly contract makes it a "win or bust" situation. The Suns are not happy with Jusuf Nurkic's performance this year. He has been awful, which has opened up the discussion for a Nikola Vucevic trade. Something Kevin Durant would love as he is a fan of the big man. But it will be difficult for the Suns to make the money work as they are already spending money on the roster. This move won't make them a great defensive team, but on offense, they will be unguardable. Nikola is something that any team would love.
It’s a fun experience watching vucevic play basketball. Just so talented.

Nikola Vucevic has been awesome so far this season. He has been incredible at scoring the ball all around the court, passing, and rebounding. The Chicago Bulls are not good enough to compete. So, they could sell their two-time All-Star for some assets. Teams like the Warriors, Suns, and Lakers could look to get their hands on the big man. His cheap contract could get him a new home as teams would jump headfirst for the veteran big.
