NBA Trades!

Nets

The Nets are going through a rebuild. After the disaster of the Kevin Durant era, the team is now looking at a rebuild. The problem is that Brooklyn doesn't have their draft picks due to the James Harden trade. So, the Nets are stuck trying to make the playoffs, so they do not have to give the Rockets a lottery pick. What a shithole situation to be in. The Nets made the move for Dennis Schroder. The Nets are now hoping that Dennis can bring the Nets some wins so they can go for the play-in. Nets fans are ready to get out their pitch forks and attack Sean Marks and Joe Tsai. They're unhappy with the mediocre product on the court. This trade deadline further proves that Knicks will always be the king of New York.

Thunder

The Thunder were sitting on top of a ton of draft picks. Everyone expected Oklahoma to dominate the deadline and improve their roster. The Gordon Hayward trade was great for the organization. This is great for OKC as they added another wing and a veteran with playoff experience to their roster. He acquired another tall wing player. Hayward can score and pass which will help OKC. Sam Presti has been aggressive this trade deadline. This playoff will be interesting for OKC as they make their debut.

Suns

With the duo of Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, there is nothing more fun than to see those two make buckets. But the problem is their depth. They don't have much talent outside of those two, Beal and Grayson Allen, who've shown up. Now, the Suns have added further depth by getting Royce O'Neale. He can hit some shots and play some defense. He will be the perfect 8th or 9th man on the team. Phoenix is trying to make a run in the playoffs, and this move can help. David Roddy is another younger guard who can try to fit into the Suns rotation. Phoenix is looking for a trip to the finals, so they spent their trade trying to complete the roster.

Bucks

The Bucks defense stinks. This mid-season, they have changed their coach to Doc Rivers. Along with trading away Robin Lopez for more salary. Along with getting a new guard in Patrick Beverley, who is a good defender and a guy who can hit shots, Milwaukee has to bring in another guard who can help Damian Lillard, as they have a weak backcourt. The question for the Bucks is: how much better does this make them? Patrick is good for his role, but can they compete with the Knicks and Celtics? This is the question that comes with this current roster. The Bucks have also gotten older, which doesn't help. The Bucks have to hope that despite their weakness, they can prevail.

Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies have made silent noises that will benefit them next year. By sending out Xavier Tillman and Steven Adams, they had the money to resign GC Jackson for four years. Memphis got second-round picks from Boston and Houston, which they can flip soon. Along with having a reunion with Japanese payer Yuta Watanabe, The Grizzlies got three minimum contracts from the Suns in Dipo, Metu, and Goodwin. These moves will pay off hugely for the franchise because of how much money and assets they have to play with.

 Pacers

The Pacers have dominated the midseason trade by trading for Pascal Siakam. Now, they have traded away an expiring Buddy Hield. In exchange, they acquired former Pacer Doug McDermott. Along with Cory Joseph, whom they waived to give James Johnson a full contract, Bennedict Mathurin is the official six-man for the Pacers, as they will get the ball more. Along with three second-round picks from the Sixers, which they can use for more trades, This is a good restructure for the Pacers so they can make a run in the playoffs.

Spurs

San Antonio Spurs are the future of the league. Victor Webenyama is rookie of the year and everything we expected. He is a hooper. They got a second round pick and Marcus Morris Sr who they plan on buying out. This is a move for salary dump as they are a rebuilding team. San Antonio is looking to lose more and this ensures that they will get a lottery pick.

Wizards

What a weird team! The franchise has traded Daniel Gafford for Richaun Holmes and a first-round pick. It is a good move for a franchise that is complete garbage. But why the hell won't they trade Kyle Kuzma? They either aren't getting the value they want. Or, they believe he is their franchise cornerstone. They are a confusing franchise, but this is the kind of move a team like the Wizards should make.

Warriors

There isn't much to say about the Warriors, as they are stuck with expensive contracts. This deadline, they moved Cory Joseph to the Pacers. I assume Warriors plan to shop at the buy-out market or sign a 10-day contract. This season, they have underachieved, so people expected moves. The Warriors need to help an aging Steph Curry so he can win his fifth championship.

Jazz

Danny Ainge loves his draft picks, and he got them from the Raptors. Trading away Kelly Olynyk for a first pick along with Otto Porter and Kira Lewis. Otto's expiring contract benefits the Jazz for next season. The Jazz are looking at a restructure of their roster so they can go to the playoffs. The Jazz future is bright, as they are a good team right now and will be good in the future with the draft picks.
