76ers, Pistons, and Raptors trades.

Poo76ers, Pistons, and Raptors trade.

Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors are now moving on from the era of OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam. They have made ambitious moves this season. Raps look to build around their new All-Star Scottie Barnes. The Raptors decided to trade Dennis Schroder for Spencer Dinwiddie. They wanted a different guard. Spencer was then waived by the Raptors, along with Thad Young. Masai also got veteran center Kelly Olynk. Ochai Agbaji is a young player who can help with this rebuild. It is clear that the Raptors have no confidence in the draft this year, as they have given their pick to the Jazz. This deadline has been solid for the Raptors. They are going to rebuild for the future and are restructuring their roster.

 76ers

It seems like Daryl Morey has been busy on the phone this deadline. The Sixers traded for Buddy Hield. They gave up Marcus Morris Sr. and a frustrated Furkan Korkmaz, along with three second-round picks. This is a huge win for the organization, as they brought in a shooter. The franchise also traded Patrick Beverley away in exchange for Cam Payne. Though they told Pat Bev that he wouldn't be traded, which could cause problems for the organization, As trust in Morey could be questionable for future players, The 76ers have made decent adjustments this deadline, but could look to make a move for Kyle Lowry. The franchise needs to make a few more moves to compete.

Pistons

Detroit has not finished making moves. The Pistons flipped Alex Burke and Bogdanovic for Quentin Grimes. Along with Evan Fournier, who is looking for a bigger role. Malachi Flynn, who has found himself on his third team this season, Troy Weaver seems to make moves that can fix his locker room. He went on to release Killian Hayes after he demanded it. These trades will have an effect next season. But this is a great way for the team to restructure their roster and bring on players who can make an impact on the team.
